1 Terms Acceptance

8 Account Closure

Members have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the slit88 support team. Before closing, ensure all cash balances (excluding bonus balances) have been withdrawn, as remaining balances may not be recoverable once the closure process is complete.

• Slit88 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice in the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• Self-exclusion can be requested through our 24/7 support team for members who wish to take a temporary break from the platform.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 5 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
